Bacon & Egg Pies

Super healthy! Super Delicious and Super Easy to make! If you don’t have a Pie Maker use a Muffin Tin and bake in the oven 🙂 The following recipe will make around 6. I make 2 at a time and leave the filling in the fridge to use later to prepare them fresh.


1 Tbs of Chive and Onion Spice Blend

Splash of Roasted Smash Garlic Olive Oil

Garlic Divino Balsamic

1/2 Zucchini  diced

1/4 Capsicum  diced

2 Portabello Mushrooms diced

1/2 Onion finely diced

2 Rashers of Bacon diced

6 Free Range Eggs

Handful of freshly grated Cheese

What to do:

Saute the veggies with the f Roasted Smash Garlic Olive Oil and Chive and Onion Spice Blend

Heat the pie maker and line with a few layers of Mountain Bread. Add a small amount of filling a a sprinkle of grated cheese.

Crack in an egg and sprinkle on a little more Chive and Onion Spice Blend

Close the lid of the Pie Maker and cook for approx 6 minutes or until the egg is set to your liking. Serve with a splash of Garlic Divino Balsamic
