Bolognese in under 30 minutes! I did modify the recipe of course! Ditched the carrot and celery and added bacon. Ditched the herbs and added Flavourista Italian Spice Blend.

OMG delicious! 🤤 Excuse the messy photos… I am not much of a photographer haha….
And then it cleans itself! Win win!! For years I said nope.. no Thermomix for me but the money I’ve saved cooking and more importantly my time I’ve been won over!
