This potato bake was so delicious and super easy to make!
4 large low carb potatoes thinly sliced – tip: best to use a mandolin on thin slice
125ml thickened cream
1 tablespoon of Chive and Onion Spice Blend (Flavourista)
2 cloves of crushed garlic
Cracked Pepper and Rock Salt to season
Handful of tasty grated cheese
What to do:
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees c.
Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and combine to coat the potatoes.
Grease a cast iron pan with butter and arrange the potatoes in the pan. Pour over any remaining cream from the bowl. cover the foil and bake for 1 hour. Check for tenderness, the potatoes should be tender.
Top with grated cheese and bake uncovered until the cheese is golden.
