Yummiest #keto snack ever! Cheese Wafers with Guacamole…. yum yum yum!!!!!
I love guacamole! I mash up an avo and blend a teaspoon of lemon juice (stops it going brown) and 2 tablespoons of egg mayo. Add in some herbs if you like. I’ve added some onion and chilli flakes as well as some parley.
Now for the cheese wafers!
Preheat the oven to 180 c. Slice your cheese, these slices are around the size of a match box. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle over some freshly grated parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with spices if you wish to… not essential! I’ve used garlic powder, smoked paprika and parsley. Bake until golden, around 20 minutes or so. They will harden and be crunchy when cooled.
