I love the flavours in this recipe even though it’s not a traditional recipe, created it with what I had on hand.
250 grams of diced Chicken Breast
1 clove of crushed Garlic
1 small Red Onion finely diced
200g grams of finely sliced Cabbage
1 diced Spring Onion
50 grams of sliced button Mushrooms
50 grams of Carrot sliced into match sticks
50 grams of Zucchini’s zoodles
1 Tablespoon of Soy Sauce
3/4 cup of water
What to do
Prepare your veggies!
Heat a non stick pan and add the chicken, onion and garlic, sauté until the chicken is browned on both sides
Add the spring onions, mushrooms and carrots and stir to combine.
Add the cabbage and stir to combine. Pop on the lid and sauté for a few minutes until the cabbage is soft and then add the zucchini noodles
That is pretty much it! Give it a stir and dig in!
