Chicken Stroganoff

The easiest Stroganoff you will ever make! I prefer to spend less time in the kitchen these days and more time with my loved ones. Gone are the days of slaving for hours in the kitchen!


500 grams of cooked chicken

200 grams of sliced mushrooms (I’ve used a mix of white button and swiss brown)

600ml of thickened cream

2-3 tablespoons of Russian for dinner Spice

splash of Roasted Garlic Smash Olive Oil

What to do:

Heat a pan and add the Roasted Garlic Smash Olive Oil. Sauté the mushrooms and then add 2 tablespoons of the Russian for dinner Spice. Give it a good stir to combine and infuse the flavours.Add the cream and simmer until it thickens. Taste the sauce and then add the cooked chicken and the other tablespoon of Russian for dinner Spice if you want to pack a bit more of a flavour punch!
Serve with cooked pasta or rice. I’ve chosen pasta for a nice change.This beautiful blend has paprika, onion, garlic, mushrooms, red bell pepper, black pepper, oregano and mustard.
