This slice was delicous and so easy to prepare! Great for lunch or dinner – service with a side salad or enjoy on it’s own!
Ingredients:
400 grams of cooked diced chicken breast
3 large zucchini grated
1 carrot grated
50g roasted capsicum diced
5 medium sided portabello mushrooms sliced
2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
2 tablespoons of dried herbs (I use Flavourists Thyme for Garlic)
Salt and Peper to season ( I use Flavourista Stockmans Whip Salt which is a delicious salt and pepper blend with lemon zest)
5 free range eggs
50 grams of grated cheese
What to do:
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well to combine.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray and top with grated cheese.
Place into the preheated oven and bake for approx 45 mins or until golden and cooked through.
