A little sweet and a little savoury makes for an amazing breakfast! These little crepes are a must try! Here’s what you will need…..
1 Tablespoon of Organic Coconut flour
1/2 Tablespoon of Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil plus and extra teaspoon for cooking
1 Teas of Yiah Herb & Garlic Dip Mix
2 Free Range Eggs
1/4 cup of water
Whisk all of the ingredients together until well combined. I used the Ninja which only til a few quick pulses.
Heat a small pan and add 1/2 teas of Coconut Oil. Pour the mixture into the pan and wait for it to bubble and then flip.
Continue making your crepes until you use up all of the mixture. This recipe makes 4 small crepes and I have cooked them in a 13cm pan.
Top with some grilled bacon. I cooked mine on foil under the grill and then drain on paper towel. Drizzle with a tablespoon of Pure Maple Syrup and enjoy!
