Delicious GF Keto Friendly bread rolls that are crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle.
Ingredients
¾ cup of homemade almond flour
3½ tablespoons of ground psyllium husk powder
1 heaped teaspoon of baking powder
½ teaspoon of cracked himalayan sea salt
1½ teaspoons of organic apple cider vinegar
2 free range egg whites
⅔ cup of boiling water
Sesame seeds are optional
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180 C
Add the dry ingredients to a bowl.
Whisk the eggs white in a cup for 30 seconds
Add the eggs whites, boiling water and apple cider vinegar to the dry ingredients and mix together with a spatula until combined. Be careful not to over mix or the rolls will be tough
Using wet hands form 4 dough balls and place on to a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake for approx 50 minutes.
