Keto Bread Rolls

Delicious GF Keto Friendly bread rolls that are crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle.
Ingredients
  • ¾ cup of homemade almond flour
  • 3½ tablespoons of ground psyllium husk powder
  • 1 heaped teaspoon of baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon of cracked himalayan sea salt
  • 1½ teaspoons of organic apple cider vinegar
  • 2 free range egg whites
  • ⅔ cup of boiling water
  • Sesame seeds are optional
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C
  2. Add the dry ingredients to a bowl.
  3. Whisk the eggs white in a cup for 30 seconds
  4. Add the eggs whites, boiling water and apple cider vinegar to the dry ingredients and mix together with a spatula until combined. Be careful not to over mix or the rolls will be tough
  5. Using wet hands form 4 dough balls and place on to a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  6. Bake for approx 50 minutes.
