Korma Curry Cauliflower Rice with Turkey

Yep, I’m definitely addicted to Cauliflower Rice! It’s just so versatile! I’ve kept this really basic with few ingredients and it was delicious!

125 grams of Turkey Mince

50 grams Spanish Onion

50 grams Red Capsicum

100 grams Cauliflower Rice

25 grams Carrot Julienne

2 teaspoons of Korma Curry Spice Blend (Flavourista)

What to do:

Heat a non stick or cast iron fry pan (my preference) to a medium heat. Brown the mince and sprinkle with the  Korma Curry Spice Blend (Flavourista)

Add the onion, capsicum and carrot and stir to combine. Cook for approximately 3 – 5 mins until the mince is cooked and the other veggies are tender. Add the Caulifower Rice and stir to combine. Cook for a further 3 – 5 minutes depending on how well you like the Cauliflower Rice cooked.

Serve and enjoy!
