Servings: 1 serving
100g turkey mince
1 teas of Flavourista Mexi Go Go Spice Blend
200g of veggies 👇👇👇
Cauliflower rice (100g)
What to do:
Heat a non stick or cast iron pan. Dry fry the mince. Half way through cooking add the veggies (except cauliflower rice and roasted capsicum) and stir to combine. Add the spices and stir to combine. Add a few tablespoons of water and pop on the lid. When the veggies are tender add the cauliflower rice and roasted capsicum, stir to combine. Cook for a few more minutes until the cauliflower is as tender as you like it. I only cook for a few minutes as I like a little crunch and when reheating it can overcook. Top with freshly chopped parsley and enjoy!
** You can freeze if you prepare in bulk and re-heat. Great to take to work for lunch on thos busy days you don’t have time to prepare in the mornings!
