Best Pizza and Cracker Dough EVER! I’m never making flour based Pizza again!
100 grams of mozarella
50 grams of cream cheese
50 grams of homemade almond flour
1 free range egg
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of dried italian herbs
What to do:
Add the mozarella and cream cheese to a microwave bowl and pop into the microwave for 1 minute.
Give it a good stir to combine and then add the almond flour, garlic power and dried italian herbs.
Mix well and microwave for another 30 seconds. Let it cool and then add the egg.
Start to mix in with the spatula and then use your hands to form the dough.
Roll out in between 2 sheets of baking paper. I halved the dough and made one pizza base and some smaller crackers.
Place onto a tray lined with the baking paper, for the crackers roll into balls and then flatten as thin as you can. Use wet hands as the dough is rather sticky.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 c for approx 15 minutes. Let the crackers cool on a wire wrack.
Now for the ultimate Pizza!! Flip the base over and add your toppings!
I’ve used a tomato pizza sauce, added ham, grilled mushrooms, capsicum, olives and sprinkled some more mozarella on top.
Bake for another 15 minutes or so until the cheese melts!
