Healthy oven baked fish and chips!
The chips will take about 45 mins so pop them in first. I cut my chips and pop into a bag with
#Yiah herb and garlic Dip Mix and coconut oil and place on baking paper on an oven tray.
Coat the fish in a mix of Greek yoghurt & #Yiah Dill & Onion Dip Mix.
Coat in homemade breadcrumbs and sprinkle with Parmesan.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the oven @180c for approx 25 mins..
