This delicious Ponderosa Spice Blend from Flavourista is so delicious in marinated Mushrooms!
500 grams of Button Mushrooms
1 tablespoon of Ponderosa Spice Blend
1 teaspoon of Field Mushroom Salt
1/4 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
What to do
Pre-heat the oven to 180c. Slice the mushrooms in half or leave then whole. Add to a freezer bag with the Thyme for Garlic Spice Blend, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Field Mushroom Salt. Give the bag a shake to coat.
Place onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and roast for 30 minutes.
Add the Ponderosa Spice Blend and the Apple Cider Vinegar to jar. Place the lid on and give a good shake. Add the roasted mushrooms while still warm, put the lid back on and give a good shake.
