Roast the mushroom in the oven in alfoil under almost tender. Top with a mixture of cooked chicken, bacon and mushroom thickened with cream. (In a frypan, add some olive oil. Brown diced chicken, bacon and mushrooms, add thickened cream and reduce until thick. Season with cracked salt and pepper) Cover with grated cheese and pop into the oven until the cheese is melted and browned on top. Dollop with smashed avo. I have drizzled with some chilli sauce.
