Seeded Crackers

These crackers are delicious, gluten free, vegan and easy to make!


1/2 cup of flaxseeds

1/2 cup of pepitas

1/2 cup of sesame seeds

1 cup of almond meal

1 teaspoon of dried herbs

1 tablespoon of maple syrup

3/4 cup of water

What to do

Preheat the oven to 160c. Add everything to a bowl and mix well. Let it sit for about 5 mins until all water is absorbed.

Line 2 baking trays with baking paper and add half the mixture to each tray. Use the back of a spoon and spread evenly.

Bake for approx 30 mins or until dry and crisp. Cool on a wire wrack and break in to pieces. I’ve served with my first attempt at Sunflower Vegan Cheese!!
