Zucchini Breakfast Pancakes

Ingredients:

100 grams of grated Zucchini
2 Free Range Eggs
1/8 Cup Parmesan
1/8 Cup Organic Coconut Flour
1/4 Teaspoon of Herb Salt
1/4 Teaspoon of Baking Powder

What to do:

Mix all ingredients with a fork until well combined. Cook in a hot non stick pan sprayed with olive oil cooking spray.
