Oven Baked Fish season with Dill & Onion.. Sweet potato bake and roasted baby carrots. All I got at the end of the meal was … “Any leftovers” ha ha it was yummy. Coat your fish in a mix of Greek Yoghurt and some herbs. I’ve used Yiah Dill & Onion Dip Mix and bake in a hot oven until golden. Approx 15 – 20 mins depending on the size of the fish.
