Really healthy lunch packed for today! Sorj Rye wrap (very low in fat) loaded with lean roast beef, light jarlsburg cheese, home made tomato chutney and salad! Pink lady apple and Activ low fat yoghurt. Not forgetting a large bottle of cold water! Keep me going until dinner time! Huge day today so throwing together a lasagna and garlic bread for dinner….
