Roast Vege Omelette.. Best Breaky for those of us that are busy and on the run in the mornings!
A great way to start your busy day is an Omelette! I’m not into Microwave cooking at all but this is so quick and some mornings I am literally running out the door knowing I most likely stop for lunch! I’ve throw some left over roast veges in a dish, cracked in two eggs and seasoned with sea salt and cracked pepper. I’ve used my creamy bacon, mushroom sauce from dinner last night and substituted that for the normal tomato base sauce… Yum!
Sunday night Chicken roast!
Easy baked Sunday dinner! Chicken breast stuffed with ham, cheese, garlic butter and mushrooms for the man if the house. I stuffed mine with marinated fetta Mum made, sundried tomatoes, mushrooms and garlic. Both wrapped in bacon and tied with string. Ive made a simple sauce with some diced bacon, onion and mushrooms, cheese and cream. Looking forward to dinner tonight!

Mmmmm Honeycomb
I had a go at making Honeycomb yesterday. It hasn’t turned out too bad but I feel it could be a bit lighter so I’m going to work on that for the next time I make it.
