Couldn’t wait to test out one of our latest NEW RELEASE Dip Mixes – Emperor’s garden and I can tell you I was not disappointed! You can use any veggies you like in fried rice! I am basically using up what I have left in the fridge before shopping day. I haven’t added QTY on the veggies, I’ll leave that up to you, add as little or as much as you like!
Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon of Yiah Intense Garlic Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons of  Yiah Emporer’s Garden Dip Mix
4 Tablespoons of Yiah Honey Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar
1 Cup of uncooked Rice (I have used a mix of Brown Rice with Quinoa and Raw Red Rice)
Diced Cooked Pork
Cauliflower florets
Red Onion diced
Carrot diced
Peas & Corn
Portabello Button Mushrooms sliced
Sweet Potato diced
What to do:
Heat a non stick frypan and add the Intense Garlic Olive Oil. Saute the veggies until 3/4 cooked and then add the Emporer’s Garden Dip Mix and diced pork. Stir to combine. Cook the rice to packet instructions. I cook mine in the microwave. (2 Cups of boiling water to 1 Cup of Rice – 10 minutes) Add the rice and Honey Caramelised Balsamic and stir to combine. Reduce the heat and pop on the lid  on for a few more minutes to continue cooking the veggies and let all the flavours combine. This was SO delicious!
Decadent honey caramelised balsamic vinegar, great for salads, cheese, meat glaze or roast veggies! The sweet aromas of carrots, red bell peppers, sesame and chives, intermingled with aromatic ginger, orange and mustard.
