Ham, Parmesan & Tomato and Herb Chutney Mini Quiches

These mini quiches are so quick and easy to put together! I had to prepare something to take a plate this afternoon, completely forgot…. Next thing I raided the fridge and came up with these… EASY!

Ingredients:

3 Sheets of Puff Pastry

6 Free Range Eggs

80 Grams of Lean diced Ham

1/2 Cup of Parmesan

Tomato & Herb Chutney (use whatever you have on hand)

Yiah Tomato & Herb Dip Mix

What to do:

Preheat your oven to 200 degrees C. Cut your pastry into rounds using a scone cutter

and place into a mini muffin tin that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

Sprinkle each pastry with ham, parmesan and 1/2 teas of chutney and then sprinkle with the

Yiah Tomato & Herb Dip Mix. Whisk the eggs and pour over the top.

Bake for approx. 25 – 30 minutes or until the pastry is golden.
