Bay of Bengal Curry Cheeseball!

Ingredients:

125 Grams of low fat cream cheese

1 Tablespoon of Yiah Bay of Bengal Curry Dip Mix

1 – 2 Tablespoons of Mediterranean Dukkah

1 Shallot sliced

1/4 Red Capsicum diced

25 grams of freshly grated Parmesan

1/2 Cup of diced Sun dried Tomatoes

What to do:

Combine all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Roll into a ball and

 coat with the Dukkah…. it’s that simple. The easiest little savoury

treat to throw together any time at all.
