I absolutely love Salmon and am always looking for different ways to flavour it. This as a nice little surprise, really really delicious and 10 minutes in a pre heated oven!
Preheat the oven to 200c. Slice sweet potatoes into chips and drizzle with EVOO, sprinkle with Herb & Garlic Dip Mix and pop into the oven. Depending on the size of the chips they will take approx 35 – 40 minutes.
Place the salmon onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Drizzle with Honey & Garlic Caramelised Balsamic and sprinkle with Queen of the Nile Dukkah. Pop into the oven 10 minutes before the chips have finished cooking.
Make a delicious dipping sauce with Dill and Onion Dip Mix and whole egg Mayo. I use about a teaspoon to an old school dessert spoon of mayo.
