Vegetarian Asian Stirfry

It doesn’t get any easier than this!

Choose whatever veggies you like! I’ve done a fridge raid and used carrot, cauliflower, red and yellow capsicum, green beans, onion, garlic, mushrooms and baby spinach. You can use your favourite noodles! I’ve used Singapore Noodles.

Veggie Stirfry

Stir fry your veggies in a hot pan with a touch of rice bran oil.

For the sauce:

1/4 cup of soy sauce

1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar

1/2 cup of veggie stock

2 tbs brown sugar

1 teas of cornflour

2 teas of YIAH Asian Stirfry spice blend ( you can use whatever spices you like)

Whisk together and mix in with your veggies. Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens and then add your noodles and stir to combine. That’s it!
