Slow cooked pork chops are nothing short of amazing! Great pie filling too! To make the chops in the featured image….Cut the fat off your chops, marinate in garlic, olive oil and worstershire sauce, season with cracked pepper and Yiah Porcini Specialty Salt. Grill on each side in a pan (one you pop in the oven, these old cast iron pans are fabulous!) on medium heat. Once the chops are brown and sealed on each side top up the pan with milk (I use skim) pop into a preheated oven 180c and bake until the milk is almost reduced and the meat is tender and falling off the bone. Make gravy with those pan juices… OMG.. I make my gravy using skim milk (add some cream if you like a creamier dish), beef stock and cornflour (dissolve approx. 1 cup of skim milk to a tbs of cornflour and a teas of beef stock powder. Depending on how thick you like your gravy… you can always add more milk if you like it thinner)

Here is another idea… use the same recipes as above and add some onions, throw in some potatoes and sprinkle with your favourite dried herbs. I have used Yiah County Onion and Chives Dip Mix.
