YUM!! Beef Stroganoff using left over Rump Roast! GREAT way to use up leftover and such a simple meal to prepare last minute! I LOVE cooking with Your Inspiration at Home! NO Preservatives, fillers or additives and the flavours are out of this world! This recipe is also amazing with Chicken!

Ingredients:
300 grams of sliced rump roast
(alternatively you can slice fresh rump and marinate it in the EVOO and spices before cooking)
300ml of cream
1 tablespoon of Yiah Beef Stroganoff Spice Blend
1 tablespoon of Yiah Tomato & Herb Dip Mix
1 tablespoon of Yiah Intense Garlic EVOO
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 onion diced
6 mushrooms sliced
1 large zucchini julienned/ribboned/zoodled
What to do:
Saute the onion and mushrooms in a non stick fry pan with the EVOO until soft. Add the Stroganoff spice blend, Tomato & Herb Dip Mix, cream, tomato paste and beef, stir to combine. Bring to a simmer until the cream thickens. The rump will be melt in your mouth! In another pan saute the zucchini with one clove of crushed garlic and a tablespoon of butter. Serve the Stroganoff on your noodles and enjoy!
