KETO Oven baked Crumbed Chicken with Caesar Salad (Gluten Free)

Delicious, easy and healthy, crunchy oven baked crumbed chicken! It’s keto friendly and gluten free! This recipe serves 2. Enjoy and happy cooking!

Ingredients:

300 grams of Chicken Breast

4 tablespoons of homemade Almond Flour

1 teaspoon of Smoked Paprika

1 teaspoon of Garlic Powder

1 teaspoon of Dried Parsley

Pinch of cracked Himalayan Salt and Cracked Pepper

What to do:

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Slice the chicken into tenders. Add the almond flour, smoked paprika, garlic powder, parsley, salt and pepper on a plate and mix to combine.

Coat the chicken and place  on an oven tray lined with baking paper and bake for 30 minutes
