Who doesn’t LOVE Homemade Chicken Snitzel! I used the leftovers in a wholegrain wrap with guacamole, sweet chilli and mozzarella. Souly Guacamole Spice Blend is fast becoming one of favourite Spice Blends!

Souly Guacamole is a lovely addition to scrambled eggs or Mash 1 tablespoon into 1 large avocado for a “clean guacamole” – or – if you have no avocado, mash 1 tablespoon into ½ cup sour cream for the next best thing!

Onion, garlic, red bell pepper, cumin, parsley, chives, chill, black pepper and salt is a beautiful blend of all thing Mexican and I can’t get enough of it!
