Healthy Breakfast Hash

OMG! #Eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring or flavourless! Super #healthy, super filling and super delicious! #Turkey #zucchini and #mushroom omelette seasoned with #soulyguacamolespice and a splash of #soysauce

Ingredients:

80 grams of Turkey Breast diced

100 grams of sliced Mushrooms

100 grams of diced Zucchini

1 Free Range Egg beaten

1 teaspoon of Flavourista Souly Guacamole Spice Blend or herbs of choice

Soy Sauce

Frypan with a lid

What to do:

Heat a fry pan and lightly spray with cooking spray. Add the mushroom and zucchini and sauté until brown. Sprinkle over the spice blend and diced turkey and then pour over the beaten egg. Pop the lid on the frypan and cook for a few minutes until the egg is cooked through. Season with a splash of soy sauce.
