Fresh pasta 🤤 You can’t beat it!

I don’t eat a lot of pasta, I never buy it store bought either. Fresh is best! I’ve made lasagna sheets and fettuccine in under an hour 😉 SO worth it!

Thrown together a lasagna to cook later 🤩 Pasta dough is easy to make, trust me you will never buy dried or even the fresh stuff again 👇

“or” here’s the Thermomix Recipe I used today ( I did modify and add a few tablespoon of water for the dough to come together) 😉

Pasta rollers are really cheap these days! You don’t need the expensive ducks nuts of machines to make amazing pasta! 😉

Place on a teatowel to air out before cutting your fettucine through the past machine, also dust with extra flour to stop sticking 😉
