Ingredients:
1 Teaspoon of YIAH Country Baked Apple Pie Baking Spice
2 Free Range Eggs
1/4 Cup of Skim Milk
2/3 Cup Plain Flour
4 Tablespoons of melted Butter
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
What to do:
Preheat your waffle cone maker of round non stick fry pan. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until thick and fluffy. Add the rest of the ingredients and beat until combined. I use a vintage dessert spoon full of batter for each cone. Spoon onto the preheated waffle cone maker and spread evenly. Close the lid and wait for at least a minute before checking to see if it is cooked. Once cooked use a spatula to remove and roll the cone while still hot. You can use a cone roller, I however don’t have one and either roll fast by hand or use a cream horn to shape the cone. This recipe makes approx. 8 cones. Fill with Ice cream and sprinkle with YIAH Country Baked Apple Pie Baking Spice.
