Autumn Harvest Chicken Nibblets

Ingredients:

1 kg of Chicken Nibblets

1/4 Cup of Apple Juice

1/4 Cup of Yiah Maple Bourbon Caramelised Vinegar

2 Tablespoons of Yiah Autumn Harvest Dry Glaze

What to do:

Whisk the Apple Juice, Yiah Maple Bourbon Caramelised Vinegar and Yiah Autumn Harvest Dry Glaze. Add your Chicken Nibblets to a large snap lock bag. Pour over the marinade, seal and pop into the fridge for a few hours. Cook for 45 – 50 minutes in a pre heated oven at 180 C.
