Whip up some cream and use your favourite jam. Me.. I love homemade Strawberry Jam!

Cut out the centre of the cupcake and cut in half. Using a teaspoon add some jam into the whole and cover with the whipped cream. Add the 2 halves  to the top and add another dollops of Jam. Using a sieve sprinkle the top with icing sugar and watch them magically disappear!
