Cheese & Bacon Scrolls

Nothing like the smell of fresh bread! I have made these for my daughters lunch boxes.

3 Cups of Bread Flour
2 Teas Dry Yeast
2 Teas Bread Improver
320 ml of Luke Warm Water
1 1/2 Tablespoons of Organic Olive Oil
3 Rasher of Bacon finely chopped
1 Onion finely chopped
1 Cup of Grated tasty Cheese
1 Tablespoon of YIAH Country Onion & Chives Dip Mix

Combine all of the dry ingredients and then add the water and the oil. I use my Kenwood mixer with the dough hook attachment (You can do this by hand if you wish it just takes much longer to knead) Knead the dough until soft and elastic, about 5 minutes in the mixer. Place into a glass bowl and let the dough rise and double in size. Saute the Bacon and Onion until soft and set aside to cool. When your dough is ready, Flour your bench and roll out into a large rectangle. Cover with the Bacon & Onion and then top with the Cheese. Starting at one end roll tightly into a log and then slice into 12. Let the dough rise again and then place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 200 C for 25 minutes or until golden.
