300 ml of Sour Cream
1 Tablespoon of Bay of Bengal Dip Curry Mix
100 grams of diced cooked chicken
½ can of diced mango or fresh if available
Asian Inspired Dukkah and Asian EVOO
Brush the Pappadums with Asian Inspired Oil and cook in the microwave according to packet directions. Mix all of the other ingredients together and add a spoon full to the top of cooked Pappadums. Sprinkle with Asian Dukkah or today we have sprinkled with a pinch of Bay of Bengal Curry Dip Mix instead.
