Looking for something a little different? Coconut crepes make great toasties!
Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon of Organic Coconut Flour
1/2 Teaspoon of Organic Coconut Oil (for cooking)
1 Teaspoon of Chive & Onion Spice Blend
1/4 Teaspoon of Field Mushroom Salt
2 Free Range Eggs
1/4 cup of water
What to do:
Whisk all of the ingredients together. I’ve used a Ninja however hand whisking is fine too if you give it a really good mix to combine. Let it sit for a few minutes for the liquid to absorb into the coconut flour.
Heat a small frypan and add the coconut oil.
Add half of the crepe batter and cook until you see bubbles.
Flip it over and brown the other side.
Repeat to make another and then assemble your toastie!
I’ve made leg ham off the bone, avocado and extra tasty cheese.. YUM!
Pop in to your sandwich toaster and dig in! Not just your boring old toastie! You may need a knife and fork for this one.
