Make you own Salad Dressings at home in a matter of minutes! Healthy, delicious and fresh. Make as little or as much as you like and I can guarantee you there will be no leftovers!
I have used this recipe as a dip, as a dressing with Caesar Salad and coated and marinated Chicken breasts for snitzels. Simply marinate in a snap lock bag in the fridge and coat with breadcrumbs and bake in a 180C Oven.
Marinating Chicken in yoghurt is fantastic as it makes the Chicken really tender and moist.
1/2 Tablespoon of Country Onion & Chives Dip Mix
1/2 Tablespoon of Texas Jalapeño Ranch Dip Mix
1 Cup of Low Fat Greek Yoghurt
Mix together and infuse for 15 – 30 minutes. If you would like a thinner dressing add a tablespoon of skim milk and mix well.
