GF pasta dish you can serve hot or cold. Simple to prepare and inexpensive!
500 g diced ham
1 large red onion diced
2 cloves of fresh garlic crushed
2 x 400g tins of crushed tomatoes
500g packet of GF spiral pasta cooked
200 g of greek feta crumbled
120 g baby spinach leaves
2 tbs of Yiah Tomato & Herb Dip Mix
1 tbs of Yiah Intense Garlic EVOO
Sauté the onion, garlic and ham in the EVOO. Add the crushed tomatoes and Dip Mix. Add the cooked pasta and baby spinach. Top with crumbled feta to serve.
