Impossible Quiche

Can’t go past an Impossible Quiche! SO easy!! I made this for one of my clients today who is Gluten intolerant.  At home I would have added some Country Onion and Chives YIAH Dip Mix… YUM!

Ingredients :

1 1/2 Cups of Lactose Free Skim Milk
3 Free Range Eggs
250 Grams of Lean Ham Diced
1 Small Onion finely chopped
1/2 Cup of GF Self Raising Flour
1 Cup of grated Tasty Cheddar
1 Large Portabello Sliced
Cracked Pepper and Salt

What to do:

Mix everything together in a bowl making sure the eggs are well combined. Pour into a greased pie dish. I spray with Olive Oil Cooking spray. Place the mushrooms on top and bake in a 180 degree oven for approx half an hour or until firm and golden.
