Ingredients :
1 1/2 Cups of Lactose Free Skim Milk…
3 Free Range Eggs
250 Grams of Lean Ham Diced
1 Small Onion finely chopped
1/2 Cup of GF Self Raising Flour
1 Cup of grated Tasty Cheddar
1 Large Portabello Sliced
Cracked Pepper and Salt
What to do:
Mix everything together in a bowl making sure the eggs are well combined. Pour into a greased pie dish. I spray with Olive Oil Cooking spray. Place the mushrooms on top and bake in a 180 degree oven for approx half an hour or until firm and golden.
