So simple….. approx. 400 grams of lean sliced meat. I’ve used Kangaroo. If you don’t like Kangaroo use Beef (all fat removed) The marinate is 2 Tbs ABC Soy Sauce, 1 Tbs Chilli (mine is homemade but use whichever you like) 2 cloves of finely chopped fresh garlic and 1/4 cup of red wine (I’ve used Cab Sauv) What ever veggies you like. I’m on limited time so I am only marinating half hour or so but you could do it in the morning, cover and leave in the fridge. The only think I have to decide now is I want rice or guilt noodles, might just not have either. Oh I decided on the noodles!
