Lj’s Lemon Pepper Tuna with Avocado and Cottage Cheese
Very quick and simple and much more flavour than store bought flavoured Tuna. I mix half an avo with 1/2 small tub of low fat cottage cheese. Add fresh lemon juice and cracked black pepper to taste. I have these on Cruskits or Rye Vita’s for a lunch on the run on my busier days. |
