Delicious pan fried fish fillets, quick, simple and healthy, with SO much flavour!
Simply coat them in Yiah Mediterranean Dukkah with a Sprinkle of
Heat a non stick frypan. Add a splash of Yiah Wild Lime Olive Oil and a tablespoon of butter. Grill the fish on each side until cooked through. You could also oven bake at 180 C for approx 12 minutes (depending on the size of the fish) Serve with Salad or grilled Veggies. I made a little Sauce with low fat Sour Cream, no fat Greek Yoghurt and Dill & Onion Dip Mix.
