Nomad Cashew & Chickpea Crunch

Feeling inspired this morning and making some nibbles for later…

Here’s what to do….

200 grams of chickpeas drained

100 grams of raw cashews

1 tablespoon of Yiah Intense Garlic EVOO

3 teaspoons of Yiah Nomad Meat Rub

2 teaspoons of Yiah Smoked Orange & Garlic Salt ground

2 tablespoons of raw honey

Drain the chickpeas on paper towel to dry and add to a bowl with the cashews, EVOO, meat rub and salt. Toss to coat and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Roast in a 180 degree oven for 45 minutes, shaking the tray to toss every 15 minutes. Add the raw honey to a microwave proof bowl and pop in the microwave for 30 seconds. Add the nut chickpeas and cashews and toss to coat. Return to the oven for another 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool.
