Oven Baked Tortilla Chips

 

 

Homemade Oven Baked Tortilla Chips…..

So easy to make and a great healthy snack. I have been making these for the lunch boxes for years and serve them with on a platter with some raw veggies and homemade healthy dips. I have also made these many times when catering and people love them! A much healthier alternative to corn chips!

Preheat the oven to 180 Degrees C. Either line a tray with baking paper or if you have a roasting tray like mine (See the picture above)  use that so that you don’t have to turn them over. Slice the tortillas (today I have used a low fat white tortilla, sometimes I like to use multigrain tortilla’s as well) and lay them on your trays. Spray lightly with cooking spray and sprinkle with dried herbs. (You can also sprinkle with paprika, that’s lovely too) Bake in the oven for 8 – 10 minutes or until golden coloured.
