The sweetness of tomatoes in this dip mix gives a distinct Italian flavour to sauces, breads and bruschetta. Perfect for spaghetti bolognaise! I am a huge Pepper fan and this handcrafted artisan four pepper blend bathed in Australian Shiraz, aromatic chai spices and hot smoked.
 I have been doing some research into the health benefits of the Paleo diet. It appears to be the latest trend and I was keen to see what all the fuss was about. Although I find the food list itself a little restricting there are some really delicious Paleo Recipes out there.  Give them a try you may be surprised!
Makes 20
500 grams of Pork Mince
1 Free Range Egg
1 Shallot finely sliced
2 Cloves of fresh Garlic minced
2 Tablespoons of Yiah Tomato & Herb Dip Mix
25 Grams of finely diced Sundried Tomatoes
( these are homemade, reconstitute in boiling water and drain)
2 Tablespoons of Organic Coconut Flour
Yiah Chai Shiraz Smoked Four Peppercorn Blend to season.
Mix everything together and roll into meatballs. Cook in a preheated non stick frypan until golden and cooked through.
Serve with your favourite homemade Pasta Sauce. I’m making a sauce tonight with Tomatoes, Mushrooms and Baby Spinach.
