Our Seafood Basket for dinner was lovely! Cod, prawns and calamari in Beer Batter with Garlic & Seeded Mustard Aioli.And don’t forget the home made chips!  The prawns and the calamari were delicious and tender but I wasn’t that wrapped on the fish. We really need a decent fresh fish market here! To make the beer batter… Whisk 1 Cup Flour, 1 Egg, 1 Cup of Beer and season with salt.
