Slow Cooked Bay of Bengal Curried Sausages

 LOVE our Bay of Bengal Dip Mix! Mild enough for the kids and very flavoursome. I have slow cooked on the stove top in a non stick pan with a lid. If using a slowcooker, add all of the ingredients and cook according to your slow cooker instructions. You can also cut this recipe in half or do what I have done and popped some single meals into the freezer for busy days! Add some other veggies such as carrots if you wish. I have served with a mix of half potatoes and half cauliflower seasoned with our Country Onion & Chives Dip Mix. Sweet potato mash would be divine also!

What you will need:

12 beef sausages

1 large onion sliced

2 tinned of diced italian tomatoes

4 tablespoons of YIAH Bay of Bengal Dip Mix

1 teaspoon of YIAH Porcini salt

1 1/2 cups of chicken stock

What to do:

Heat a non stick pan to medium heat and add the onions and the sausages. Saute until the sausages are just brown on each side. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Pop the lid on the frypan and turn the heat to low. Slow cook for approx 4 hours.
