Spaghetti & Meatballs – Yiahmazing!

 Delicious meatballs in homemade pasta sauce!

The kids will love helping you make this dish and the whole family will love it!

Ingredients:

For the Meatballs…

1 Kg Lean beef Mincce

1 Onion finely diced

1 Clove of Garlic Crushed

1 Free Range Egg

1 Tablespoon of Yiah Tomato & Herb Dip Mix

1 Tablespoon of Yiah Country Onion & Chives Dip Mix

Salt and Pepper to season ( I use Yiah Porchini Salt & Chai Shiraz Four Pepper Blend)

Simply mix all ingredients together and roll into balls. Brown in a non stick pan on medium heat.

Remove and make your sauce.

For the Sauce

2 Tins of diced Italian tomatoes

2 Tablespoons of Yiah Tomato & Herb Dip Mix

1 Tablespoon of Yiah Country Onion & Chives Dip Mix

1 Tablespoon of Yiah Honey Garlic Caramelised Balsamic

1/2 Cup of Red Wine (Optional but I like to use Shiraz)

Add all ingredients to the pan and simmer until the wine reduces. If you like a thinner sauce simply add a little bit of water

Return the meatballs to the pan to reheat and add your cooked spaghetti.
