Steak & Veg Breakfast Wrap

I love a Breaky Wrap ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹

1 free range egg and a splash of water to make the wrap…
Whisk together and cook in a preheated non stick pan

The filling…
80 grams of thinly sliced steak
50 grams of roasted capsicum
50 grams of diced zucchini
100 grams of sliced mushrooms
1 teas of Thyme for Garlic spice blend ( mix of garlic, oregano, chives, celery seed, basil, thyme and salt)
In a non stick pan, brown the steak on both sides and set aside. Add the spice and veggies and sautรฉ until tender. Add the steak back to the pan and stir to combine.
Add your filling to the wrap and enjoy ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹ #goopgang #livecleantribe โ€œ
